For Maison Albar – Le Victoria, Studio MHNA has crafted an interior like a poetic narrative of the French Riviera, blending heritage and modernity. Spaces are dressed in soft shades of white, ivory, and greige, enhanced by azure blues, with a play of light and precious materials: satin-finished woodwork, polished marble, delicate lacquer, stone, and finely worked textiles. It took Studio MHNA three years of intense work to transform this authentic Swiss farmhouse into a bucolic refuge for aesthetes who love art and beautiful vintage cars. The idea behind the concept designed by Studio MHNA for Breteuil Immobilier was to reinforce an existing and specific image of the Real Estate business, to create a new identity and a warmer, yet contemporary design. We had to move away from a style that was sometimes too traditional to embody a world of distinctive values, while maintaining the right balance between institutional and modern image.
