This gastronomic restaurant is set into the middle of a very beautiful golf course in the north of France. The dining room is decked with red almost as a response to the surrounding countryside which is dominated by greens. Taking its inspiration from the vegetation the project inspired the carpenters to play with the timbers to create an imaginary forest.
