Thought in close collaboration with Antoine Westermann, our approach consisted in translating the nobility of the products, the seasonal cuisine, and the local touch. In this unique region, the Alsatian “stub” has been re-visited in a contemporary and very warm version. The sheathed leathers, wooden veneering, fuchsia and wormwood green velvets give this cosy decor a real freshness.
