Thought in close col­lab­o­ra­tion with Antoine West­er­mann, our approach con­sist­ed in trans­lat­ing the nobil­i­ty of the prod­ucts, the sea­son­al cui­sine, and the local touch. In this unique region, the Alsa­t­ian stub” has been re-vis­it­ed in a con­tem­po­rary and very warm ver­sion. The sheathed leathers, wood­en veneer­ing, fuch­sia and worm­wood green vel­vets give this cosy décor a real freshness.
