Here is a "four handed" work between the Rostang family and the Studio Hertrich & Adnet enabling them to develop in total complicity, the idea of a chic restaurant / bistro. Their real challenge was finding the right tone to create a new cosy venue, friendly and very Parisian, near a square that already offers à rich variety of places to eat… The result? A real balancing act combining industrial language, bistro spirit, contemporary space, privacy and true comfort.
