Café des Abattoirs

Here is a ​“four hand­ed” work between the Ros­tang fam­i­ly and the Stu­dio Her­trich & Adnet enabling them to devel­op in total com­plic­i­ty, the idea of a chic restau­rant / bistro. Their real chal­lenge was find­ing the right tone to cre­ate a new cosy venue, friend­ly and very Parisian, near a square that already offers à rich vari­ety of places to eat… The result? A real bal­anc­ing act com­bin­ing indus­tri­al lan­guage, bistro spir­it, con­tem­po­rary space, pri­va­cy and true comfort.
