L’Instant d’Or

The uni­verse of this new restau­rant entire­ly designed by the Stu­dio Her­trich & Adnet, is a trib­ute to Paris, tak­ing inspi­ra­tion from the Tri­an­gle d’Or neigh­bor­hood. More than a dec­o­ra­tion, this is a spir­it, that of a bub­ble in the heart of a city among the most beau­ti­ful and mag­i­cal of the world. This facil­i­ty is host­ing in its kitchen a young prodi­gy of French gas­tron­o­my, chef Frédéric Duca who was award­ed his first Miche­lin Guide star in 2013.
